Our Review!

Found Dumpling U on a whim and left obsessed! Sheng Jian Bao had the perfect crispy bottom, and the beef noodle soup broth was full of flavor. Ingredients feel high-quality, staff are friendly, and the location is easy to access. 5 stars all around!

As a fan of Dumpling Yo, I had high hopes for Dumpling U—and it delivered! Handmade dumplings, great wok dishes, and a nice atmosphere. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and service is attentive. Will be returning weekly for my dumpling fix!

The Xiao Long Bao at Dumpling U is unreal—juicy, fresh, and so authentic! The space is cozy and refined, service is fast, and every bite tastes homemade. My new favorite Chinese spot in Fresno, 10/10 recommend!
